We are a small outpatient practice of mental health therapists and substance use counselors who have been affected by addiction and/or mental health issues within our own families. Sapphire Counseling and Assessments, LLC was founded from a desire to "Do Better" in the community and to offer a non-judgmental and safe environment for all.
